Having worked within the Mechanical industry for 10 years he then moved into Security Industry since 2003 for his passion for people and their security. Ghassan dedicated his time and energy to create a exciting and productive team environment in this company. Ghassan started in the security industry working his way up to supervisory roles in various organizations including Sydney University.
Ghassan holds a diploma in automobile engineering, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Cert IV in Security Risk Management and a Cert IV in OH & S in addition to several other related qualifications.

Naveed Syed – Managing Director
Naveed Syed looks after day to day management of the company. He comes from a background with varied array of expertise.
He possesses an in depth experience of business management, which comes from him managing an IT consultation firm and later being one of the directors of an Import/Wholesale organisation. He has also worked in the security industry holding positions including supervisory role at Sydney Ports.
Naveed holds a degree in IT, Accounting, Cert IV in TAA, Cert IV in Security Risk Management, Cert IV OH&S, Cert IV in Frontline Management, Diploma of Business in addition to other industry related qualifications.
As the managing director of Elan Security, Naveed makes himself available for any enquiry as he believes management’s keen involvement especially in the services industry plays a major role in organizational success.
