Elan Security has effectively implemented in-house training solutions for our staff since early 2010, as permitted by law.
Currently we engage Australian Training and Education College and Diverse Training Concepts as preferred service suppliers to provide our staff with necessary trainings and skills upgrade workshops. We consistently review the training services provided by our suppliers to ensure our staff skills remain beyond what our competitors can offer. The review procedure takes job requirements, SLA commitments, industry service standard updates and our organizational growth into consideration.
